Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://tandddetailing.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services. T&D Detailing provides Interior Detailing, Exterior Detailing, Truck Detailing, Engine Bay Cleaning, RV Detailing and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.

Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to T&D Detailing and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

No Warranties. T&D Detailing disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, T&D Detailing's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold T&D Detailing harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by CA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in CA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.

Term Changes. T&D Detailing may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
